Made with fresh lump crab meat, pan-seared then baked. Served over a lemon curry aioli.
BLUE CRAB CLAWS
Fresh Gulf crab claws, served fried or sautéed, available in 1 lb. portions.
THAI CHILI SHRIMP
Hand-battered large Gulf shrimp, tossed in our sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce.
BLUE CRAB AND CONECUH SPINACH DIP
Our homemade four-cheese spinach dip, topped with lump blue crab and diced grilled Conecuh sausage. Served with baked seasoned pita chips.
OYSTERS ON THE HALFSHELL
Served raw, fresh from the Bayou.
COCONUT SHRIMP
Large butterflied tail-on coconut battered fried shrimp, served with our house sour Thai glaze dipping sauce.
WINGS
Ten bone-in or boneless chicken wings, served with any of our house-made sauces (Traditional Buffalo, Sweet n Spicy House Buffalo, Thai Chili, BBQ, Jim Beam Honey Mustard, or Caribbean Jerk).
CANDIED PORK BELLY AND SHRIMP
Pan-seared pork belly and gulf shrimp finished with a blood orange glaze.
