2. Services Description
FullGen provides AI solutions and consulting services to businesses. Our services may include but are not limited to AI implementation, custom AI development, AI audits, and strategic consulting.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

7. Payment Terms
For paid services, payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or statement of work. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FullGen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FullGen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullGen is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
